Will Marie be attending the KMCP Course or the workshops?

Marie is unable to attend the courses or business workshops.

 

Are these workshops required in order to become certified?

Each Business Workshop is designed to provide an opportunity for interaction and learning for those who are just starting a business, or who wish to brush up on a certain topic related to growing a business. As such, we’re providing them as an option for you to enhance your skills/knowledge and reach your goals faster.


The workshops are an incredible resource and while we recommend them, they are not required for certification.

 

How often will this workshop be offered in a year?

Each workshop will be offered live 5-6 times throughout the year. You can attend any or all of these live sessions by signing up for the workshop bundle.


You will also have the option to attend just one workshop in the series by purchasing admission to that workshop a la carte.

 

Are there any prerequisites to joining this workshop?

In order to attend the KMCP business workshops, you must finish a Consultant Certification Course by the time the workshop begins.

 

How long are the workshops?

Each workshop will last from 1-2 hours and may include a networking mixer. For more information about this workshop, visit the “What You Will Learn” tab at the top of this page.

 

I can’t attend this workshop – will you offer this workshop again in a time that works for my time zone?

To best accommodate our global community, we will offer each workshop 5-6 times throughout the year, at different times, to make sure everyone around the world can find a workshop that best suits their schedule.

 

Technical

What are the technical requirements to attend this workshop?

Our virtual programs are offered via Zoom. For more information on how to join a Zoom virtual course – including technical requirements for joining – please see here. We will send additional information and a link to join prior to the course date.


You will be interacting with other participants, so please plan to join from a device that will allow you to speak and listen. If at all possible, please plan to join using video via your webcam!

 

What happens if I have technical difficulties during the course and cannot attend?

If you cannot attend the course due to unforeseen technical difficulties on the day of the event, please email us at kcevent@konmari.com  at that time.

 

Can I view this as a recording, or will I receive recordings after the event finishes?

Yes – you will be sent a link to view the recording. The link will expire 30 days after we send it.

 

Payments and Policies

Do you offer any payment plans or scholarships?

We are considering payment options in the future, but at this time, the course/workshop fee must be paid in full at registration.

 

Starting in 2023, we are excited to offer PayPal as a payment option at checkout!  Qualifying participants will now have the option to use PayPal Credit to pay for the course over time.  In order to use PayPal Credit, you must first have a PayPal account.  To learn more about PayPal Credit and the option to pay over time, please visit PayPal Credit FAQs page here.  Please note that this payment option will be between you and PayPal; therefore, any questions related to this payment option must go through PayPal Support. 

 

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations within seven days of purchase will receive a full refund, except in the following cases:

  • Cancellations more than four weeks prior the first day of the course/workshop will incur a 20% return processing fee.
  • Cancellations one to four weeks prior to the first day of the course/workshop will incur a 50% return processing fee.
  • Cancellations made one week or less prior to the first day of the course/workshop cannot be refunded.
  • Workshop bundle purchases can be refunded in full within seven days of purchase; cancellations made after seven days of purchase cannot be refunded. All registrations made prior to your request for refund will be subsequently canceled.


If you are registered for KMCP Standard and cancel registration to the Consultant Certification Course – and therefore will not successfully complete the course by the time this workshop begins – your registration for the workshop will be canceled at the same time your cancellation for the course is processed.

 

Transfer Policy

Depending on availability of seats in another workshop with open registration, we will consider your transfer request.

  • Transfer requests made one week or less prior to the first day of the course cannot be transferred.
  • Exceptions may apply. In the case an exception is made, a transfer processing fee may be applied.
  • If you cancel after you are transferred, the cancellation policy will be applied based on the date of your original course/workshop registration.
